Often masonry structures have deficiencies that cause leaks and efflorescence (the appearance of white stains on the exterior masonry surfaces).   Depending on the cause these deficiencies can be addressed by sealant application.  This is performed to not only address the initial problem; leakage but also takes into account the type of structure and appearance of the building.  We use color matching caulks and sealants.
